What we hold and why

Who controls your data. OMD AS, a company registered in Norway, is the data controller for this site. The registered address and contact address are in the footer of every page.

What we collect. Two things only. Analytics about how pages get used (pages viewed, rough region, device type, referring site) in aggregate, and whatever you type into the contact form if you choose to write to us.

What we never collect. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or account logins, and we have no reason to. Nobody here will ever ask you for them. If a message claiming to be from us does, it is not from us.

Why we hold it. Analytics tells us which verdicts get read and which get ignored, which is how we decide what to update. Contact messages are kept so we can reply and, where you have sent a correction, so we can act on it.

Who else sees it. Our hosting provider and our analytics provider, acting as processors. We do not sell personal information and never have. We do not pass contact messages to casinos.

Links to casinos. Following a link to a casino puts you under their privacy notice, not ours. They may set their own cookies and may record that your visit came from here, for commission purposes.

How long we keep things. Aggregate analytics for twenty-six months. Correspondence for twenty-four months after an exchange ends, unless it recorded a correction, in which case we keep the correction and discard the message.

Your rights. Depending where you live you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. There is no charge and we will not degrade the site for you for having asked.

Children. This site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and will delete any that reaches us.

Security. The site is served over HTTPS and access to correspondence is limited to the people who answer it. No transmission is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes. Revisions appear here with a new date at the top.
